That flutter of a second…

That flutter of a second…

That shows you, your melting point
That makes your promises appear like over-commitments
That teases you to devote irrationally
That tempts you to lean down
That provokes you to get confined in that spur of the moment
That baits you to escape
That aggravates you to seize before it disappears
That strikes your world with a lightening
That justifies your greed
That uncovers the most selfish You

That flutter of a second…

We dwell, we die, we fall, we rise, we sin, we fight, we win, we become and we live...
In this flutter of a second..

    Dil ki dhadkan kehti hai
    Tees si dil mein rehti hai
    Dil hi dil mein pyar kiya
    Par na kabhi izhaar kiya
    Aaj saaf saaf ye kehne hai
    Aaj saaf saaf ye kehne hai
    Tere dil mein mujhe rehna hai
    Tere dil mein mujhe rehna hai
    Tum Dil Ki Dhadkan Mein Rehte Ho, Tum Rehte Ho
    Tum Dil Ki Dhadkan Mein Rehte Ho, Rehte Ho - 2
    Meri In Saanson Se Kehte Ho, Kehte Ho
    Baahon Mein Aajao, Sapnon Mein Khojaao
    Tum Dil Ki Dhadkan Mein Rehte Ho, Rehte Ho
    Hmm Hmm Hmm..

    दिल का हाल...
    दिल हूम हूम करे, घबराए
    घन धाम धाम करे, डर जाए
    इक बूँद कभी पानी की
    मोरी अंखियों से बरसाए

    O Me! O Life!
    by Walt Whitman
    O Me! O life!... of the questions of these recurring;
    Of the endless trains of the faithless—of cities fill’d with the foolish;
    Of myself forever reproaching myself, (for who more foolish than I, and who more
    faithless?)
    Of eyes that vainly crave the light—of the objects mean—of the struggle ever
    renew’d;
    Of the poor results of all—of the plodding and sordid crowds I see around me;
    Of the empty and useless years of the rest—with the rest me intertwined;
    The question, O me! so sad, recurring—What good amid these, O me, O life?
    Answer.
    That you are here—that life exists, and identity;
    That the powerful play goes on, and you will contribute a verse.
